The article titled "Good Relationships Should Impact Your Bottom Line"emphasizes my management ethics and strategy. I feel that maintaining good relationships and putting much effort on the happiness of your customers/employees/ supplier, etc. will in return benefit you and your company. Utilizing blogs and discussion boards is a great way to receive feedback to enhance your relationships thus improving chances to improve your bottom line.
